Hitch Receiver Shims x 4 (Stainless Steel)

Description

The internal dimensions (ID) of some recent vehicle hitch receivers can fluctuate by a few millimetres for no apparent reason other than the tube stock quality used OEM. We've found that our CNC cut (accurate) hitches can at times have some play in these odd sized receivers. The ideal scenario would be for you to replace the receiver tube on your truck to be accurate but that is not always possible short or long term. We've designed these Stainless Steel shims to be a stop-gap for this problem and they come in a pack of 4. They will work for both 2" and 2.5" receiver tubes. Australian Made Included in the receiver shim pack are: 2 x 1.5mm shims 2 x 1mm shims The shims are 40mm (w) by 80mm (l) and the locating tab is 9mm wide. The internal hole is 20mm (w) and 60mm (l) and starts 20mm from the outside edge of the shim. These shims will also work with our Hitch Tighteners.
